2.2 FP8Media practice materials are created based on publicly available guidelines and sample materials. They are designed to help users familiarise themselves with exam formats and practise relevant skills.

2.3 We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but FP8Media does not warrant that the practice materials are identical to real exam content.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Results

3.1 FP8Media does not guarantee that use of the Platform will lead to any particular exam score, grade, certification, or professional outcome.

3.2 Exam performance depends on many factors beyond practice material quality, including the user's existing knowledge, test-taking skills, and exam-day conditions. FP8Media accepts no responsibility for exam results.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content on FP8Media — including practice tests, questions, model answers, grading rubrics, UI design, and branding — is the intellectual property of FP8Media unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission.

4.3 Sharing FP8Media content on unauthorised third-party platforms, including file-sharing sites and social media, is strictly prohibited.

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5.2 You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or allow multiple users to access via a single account;

6. Paid Subscriptions

6.1 Premium features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.

6.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.
